The Stormtrooper is the elite soldiers of the Galactic Empire during The Last of the Droids era. Stormtroopers used to be Galactic Republic Clone Troopers until Emperor Palpatine turned them later. The Stormtroopers fought many times with the B1 Battle Droids on almost every planet they had. Lots of Stormtroopers could be carried in Imperial-class Star Destroyers, Victory-class Star Destroyers, or Acclamator-class assault cruisers. When Palpatine later on used the Imperial Escort Carriers, they had a new group of Stormtroopers which were Storm Commandos.
Characteristics[]
Stormtroopers are the most visible symbol of Palpatine's rule and the unrivaled might of the Galactic Empire. The Stormtroopers are ingrained to be completely loyal to Palpatine and follow any superior's orders unquestioningly, as well as enforcing the Empire's power over other worlds as brutally and effectively as they can. They are built to be the ultimate soldiers, attacking with speed, accuracy and overwhelming numbers. So complete is their loyalty that they can not be swayed, blackmailed or bribed into betraying the emperor. Unlike clone troopers, Stormtroopers have no individual personalities, as they have been forced to abandon their personalities in order to serve the Emperor.
