Class Type B Escort Shuttles shortened to Class Type Bs are transports used by the Confederacy of Independent Systems during the Clone Wars. They later on make a comeback for the New Confederacy of Independent Systems during The Last of the Droids, helping TF-1726 and the Mane 6 fight the evil Galactic Empire.

The Class Type B Escort Shuttle has a similar design to the Sheathipede-class transport shuttle, but was greater in length. The Class Type B also has 1 laser cannon on top of the wing similar to the Sheathipede.
